1. What is 'My Account'?

'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Gocompany.in.

 

2. How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Gocompany.in account and view your orders any time through ORDER HISTORY on MY ACCOUNT. You can Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids,

Change your password in PROFILE Section under MY ACCOUNT.

 

3. Is it necessary to have an account to avail services from Gocompany.in?

Yes, it is mandatory to have an account to avail services from Gocompany.in

 

4. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the service provider confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. In case of payment made by cheque, the order will be processed only on receipt of funds. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the service provider receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a list of your order.

 

5. How can I track the status of my order?

Your Order ID will be your Tracking ID.

 

6. How do I place a cancellation request on Gocompany.in?

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by GoCompany.in.

 

7. I have placed my order. What next?

Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via E-mail. You can then TRACK ORDER by logging into your Gocompany.in Account’s MY ORDERS section.
